Nothing in any of my folders. I don't know why. Can you send it as a personal message to my account on this forum?

Private messaging is not enabled for NinjaTrader staff as it's not a method of contact we monitor. I am sending the message again from PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com and my personal work email address as well (note the time stamp of this message when attempting to locate the message).
If you receive neither, please send a new message to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com from your normal email address as well as an alternate email address if you have one. Please once again follow the instructions in post #6 so that your emails will be properly associated with this forum post.Comment
