Playback Connection Error - DateTime

Evening,

When attempting to connect to Playback Connection, I am getting the error:
"Error in opening connection Playback Connection, exception caught: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime. (Panic)"

Any ideas? Have opened in safe mode and tried to connect to Playback; same error. Happy to email most recent log and trace files if helpful.

Yes, please send me your log and trace files so that I can investigate.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Have you always experienced this error when connecting to the Playback in NinjaTrader? If not, were there any changes in NinjaTrader or your computer before the error started to happen?
