As I brought up my NT7 this morning, my DOM is live but the charts are not.

Have it back. For whatever reason the 5 minute chart froze while higher TF's were working.....closed the stuck chart and the new one worked.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
