Data not subscribed?

I 've subscribed and paid for all data coming from IB in real time. I've just connected my new fresh install NT7 with IB. The connection was done seamlessly but checking messages from NT's log, I got this:

I got 3 Forex, 2 Globex, 2 Nymex, and 3 Nasdaq instruments.

- What does it mean: Requested market data is not subscribed. 354?
- Do they matter at all?

I suspect that this is a simply temporal connection initial message

EDIT:
Reviewing closely the IB's log, all of these messages come from initial connections within IB-API server, not from NT. I really hope that this not an event to be careful of.

Hello pstrusi,

The message 'Requested market data is not subscribed' either means the instrument settings are incorrect or that you are receiving delayed data in TWS.

What is an instrument you are trying to view?

What are the instrument settings for this instrument? (May I have a screenshot?)

Hi Chelsea,

As I posted earlier in an edit to this post, these messages come directly from IB, which are simply passed to NT's log. It must be some initial technical connection message but totally innocuous, cause as soon as Market open for every instrument, it began to download real-time tick data as expected. This didn't make any sense otherwise cause it' easy to understand the difference between delayed and real-time data.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
