Log shows no errors pertaining to this that I see on this connection. Thre is an error loading a strategy. It is an abandoned strategy

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.?)
• What version of TWS/Gateway are you using?
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Hi there. Using NT7 and IB. On Monday my charts loaded fine but all of a sudden there was a glitch in the NQ-09 and all my charts had all prices at 7770.50...I then checked the data in History and all data is reading the same. i have tried downloading data using the historical data download and also reloading data on the chart. Today the same thing happened with the ES-09. How can I fix this? I have attached a screen cap with the NQ chart and the data in the Historical Data Manager. I get the same chart and prices regardless of time frame.
