Problem with daily data

Hi, when i connect the data, the market of CL of NYMEX have problem showing me the real movement of the market, and only when i close NT7 and re open it, is when i see the real movement, but immediatly is wrong again, this is what i see,


what can i do???!!!!

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

There isnt a solution that i dont have to send you that, because the problem only happen with that chart, because i have nasdaq and S&P and dont have the problem with those two.
