Bid Ask not loading for some instruments

Hi, the Bid/Ask is not loading for some instruments such as 6A 09-19, 6B 09-19, CL 09-19.

However, it is loading for some others such as CL 08-19, 6E 09-19, ES 09-19.

Please assist and advise.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.

Thanks for the prompt response.

I restarted NT and it seems to be working fine now.
