No feed in live account
I recently left my live account inactive and it fell below the required balance and my UID got stopped. I have refunded the account and a now able to log in but am not getting any data feeds. When I log into the temp demo account I set up whilst waiting for the funds to drop, it works fine.
Is there some sort of a reset that needs to occur?

Thank you for your post. This indicates the data is not enabled on the account-side. You will need to contact your broker to enable the needed-real-time data.

Thanks Eric. It was a demo account so I thought everything would have been there. No issues. I just posted another thread re no feed on my live account can you have a look at it. I will send you my account details right away. Its the first one in the queue under latest
