XFJ_ASX and XMJ_ASX not populating Market Analyser cells

I've come across a problem of XFJ_ASX and XMJ_ASX Australian Indices not populating Market Analyser cells in NT7 - Other Australian Indices appear to be working.
This issue is not present on the NinjaTrader 8 platform and on rare occasions it will work properly in NT7.
My data feed is through Interactive Brokers - Hoping someone can resolve this issue for me.

Include ticket number 2119336 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
