I am not able to reset sim account balance. With every attempt it locks up. I get a pop up that says that Ninja must close, a file has been written to the trace. Re start Ninja and send to support. When I follow this procedure the program locks and becomes non responsive. I have removed Ninja and downloaded with no luck. What next?

Please uninstall NT, uninstall .NET 2.0, delete My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5 folder, clear internet browser cache (important), reinstall .NET 2.0, reinstall NT.
WARNING: Deleting the My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5 folder will result in the loss of all indicators, strategies, data, workspaces, etc. Backup what you want to preserve first.Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
