NT error

    NT error

    Sorry, this is not an indicator error.
    -1: I have an error loading history from ib without any reason on a demo NT.
    -2: There is a "pending" order i can't cancel or delete. Freezed ??
    So i reinstalled NT7 and this error is still there.
    In the log i have following message:
    Requested market data is not subscribed. Error&NYSE/STK/Deep 354.
    On my TWS i don't have any problem, all NYSE tickers are there and run.

    Can you please send the log and trace files to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
    • You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

    • You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"


    Please append Attn:Joydeep in the subject line of the email and give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

    Also please let me know the exact time when you have submitted the order.

        Hello mate41,
        If you try resetting the Sim101 account then are you able to remove the order.

        Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.
        • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
        • Select the "Simulator" tab
        • Press the "Reset" button
