    pb connection

    Hi

    I reinstall NJ7 with my own full key
    I cant create a connection under Zen-Fire
    Failed to login, remote certificat access impossible

    i don t understand, it is classic

    Hello Pcomm69,

    I believe you are able to create a Account Connection to Zen-Fire under the Control Center -> Tools -> Account Connections but cannot connect Zen-Fire from Certificate error(s).

    You may try the following to resolve this:
    1. Check you System Time in the lower right corner of your to make sure that it is set to today's date.
    2. Make sure all windows updates are installed. Note ensure that under "Other" all root certificates are installed as well.
    3. Reset Internet Explorer by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced and press the "Restore Advanced Settings" and "Reset..." button.

    Let us know if the issue persists.
