What is tCount in T3?

I was able to descern its use by looking in the language
reference where the parameters are explained somewhat. tCount = "the Number of smooth iterations".
Tim Tillson's original paper in PDF format is available here:
In short, part of the calculations involves running the filter on itself multiple times, which smooths out the results at the expense of increased overshoot.
The vFactor parameter turns down the "volume" (Tillson's term) to then compensate for and remove some of the added overshoot.
The result is a smoother average, that is then adjusted to clean up the over shoot.
