NinjaScript and C#

I am reading one of my first books on C# and I learn about concepts such as constructors, destructors, Main() methods, and so on. When I look at the wizard-generated code of an NT indicator I am having a hard time finding the same structures. Is there a document somewhere that explains how NT implemented those C# concepts. For instance what is the equivalent of the Main() method, etc?

The main method called on each bar update would be the OnBarUpdate() in NinjaScript -
