I am reading one of my first books on C# and I learn about concepts such as constructors, destructors, Main() methods, and so on. When I look at the wizard-generated code of an NT indicator I am having a hard time finding the same structures. Is there a document somewhere that explains how NT implemented those C# concepts. For instance what is the equivalent of the Main() method, etc?

If you look under the NinjaScript entry in our helpguide (press F1 in the software) then you find the comprehensive NinjaScript language reference guide explained all details of the implementation and supported methods / properties.
The main method called on each bar update would be the OnBarUpdate() in NinjaScript -
