wow.... i've spent about 8 hours last night trying to understand this universal time, and I am just not getting it. I need some help. I don't understand why a simple request is such an impossible task... I am just looking to grab the close price of trading day for the USDJPY which is 17:00 EST. I am very surprised that I am the only person that has run into this or is asking for this or bringing this to attention.
