    TD Ameritrade connection problem

    When I connect to TD I get an error that repeats thousands of times and freezes the platform. It says cannot load chart data. I am using it for stock data.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your note. Has the data feed been able to load the symbols before without error? I also suggest verifying the account itself is still enabled for data and able to request outside of NinjaTrader as well.

    In addition, the first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.

    If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to its exceptions list.

      I connected TDA/NT7 Sunday night 3/5/2018@7:30pm EST without issue.

      It worked today as expected.
