Can someone help me create this anchored vwap indicator?

This is from Thinkorscript, it looks back for highs and lows within a period (n) and then draws vwap from there: http://tos.mx/syMoe2I
I've looked and there's no such indicators on NT8
If anyone could help it would be very appreciated.

I saw that in TOS as well and was requesting for it here but nobody reply maybe We contribute and group together and hired a
programmer to do it for us and if works , we could sell it to anyone who liked it. Its a very powerfull tool. I want to pair it with my Supply
and demand indicator.
