Can someone help me create this anchored vwap indicator?

This is from Thinkorscript, it looks back for highs and lows within a period (n) and then draws vwap from there: http://tos.mx/syMoe2I
I've looked and there's no such indicators on NT8
If anyone could help it would be very appreciated.
