Unable to download file on Ninjatrader Ecosystem

If we knew the root cause and if we controlled the underlying plugin, then it most certainly would have been fixed already. The issue is that 1) we cannot reproduce the symptom on our end and 2) changes implemented by the plugin developer which facilitates the downloads have proven unsuccessful.
I appreciate everyone in this thread who has provided their answers to our troubleshooting questions as this provides us with more data points to provide to the plugin developer with the ultimate goal of resolving the symptom.

If you're using Cloudflare then I would suggest looking there. It's quite possible that some CF firewall rule is interfering. It's possible your network (and the developers and maybe others) are whitelisted and you would not experience the problem.
Can I provide a remote VM that duplicates the problem or is that a waste of time?

I am having no difficulty downloading from the Ecosystem currently. We'll need more information to find out why you're unable to download from our Ecosystem site. Please answer all of the following questions:- What version of Windows are you using?
- What web browsers are you using?
- Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
- What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?

Hello,
It seems I, like many others am unable to download any of the files on this site. I've also tried multiple browsers but just get the spinning wheel of death on all of them.
If possible, can I please have some assistance in getting the files for:

kylef , I moved your post to the existing topic on this subject. In the future, if you have the exact same symptoms as an existing topic, go ahead and reply to that topic so symptoms stay organized and concise.

Hi Patrick,
Thank you and will do in the future.- I'm using Windows 10 Pro (I've also tried on my iphone safari browser)
- I'm using Firefox. I've also tried Edge and Internet Explorer.
- The symptom persists if I clear the browser cache.
- Still persists after resetting PC and modem/router.
