cool007 , please answer all of the questions in post #2 so we may more accurately troubleshoot what you're experiencing:

I am having no difficulty downloading from ecosystem currently. We'll need more information to find out why you're unable to download from our Ecosystem site. Please answer all of the following questions:

What version of Windows are you using?
What web browsers are you using?
Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?

@NinjaTrader_PatrickG Windows 10 Chrome & also Microsft Edge. This symptom persist after clear your browser's cache. Restart does not fix the problem.

I am also having an issue downloading where I get the Ajax Pinwheel and it never loads the I Agree page to download.

I normally only use Chrome (Version 83.0.4103.61 (Official Build) (64-bit)) I have downloaded from this site many times but now I can't. I have downloaded 12 in the past.

I have tried restarting my computer, I have tried my wife's computer, I have tried my work computer with no luck. All running Windows 10

Starting noticing this issue about 3 or 4 days ago.
