Charts not loading

Decided to start the transition to NT8 today but I can't get any charts to load. The DOM and T&S data loads on all symbols I trade, I even made a live trade using the DOM.

I've tried several symbols, time frames, and other settings, nothing working.
Updated to the version 8.0.0.12 today and have restarted a few times.

Thoughts?

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
