Range bar data changes on chart refresh

Hi, i have an issue where i refresh my range bar chart and data changes. This is a serious problem as live data is different to historical data. So in live i may get a buy signal - i refresh the chart and according to my rules there is no longer a buy signal. This means backtesting data is unreliable and useless. This can't be acceptable? I'm using FXCM as my data provider.

Any help would be great
