NT8 fails to open

Trying to start NT8 64 bit on a windows 7 laptop. Will start up in safe mode, connects to a live feed but shuts down when I try to load up a chart. Nothing else is running. I have attached log and trace files.

NinjaTrader's log and trace files were unable to capture the reason Ninja shut down. In order to investigate further, it will be necessary to review Window's log files.
