Order disappearing on charttrader, but still active.

Hi,

Overnight, my swing orders disappear from the charts but are still active and show up in IB as live. I attached a screenshot. It shows the active ATM, it's GTC, and I have "display selected ATM strategy only" as the mode. Any ideas?

Could you please send me your database file and your log and trace files so that I may investigate this further?

You can do so by navigating to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support... -> Expand the section for Other files, and check the box to include the Database File.
