    Unable to login (10001)(LoginFailed)

    About an hour ago, after trading all morning, Ninja disconnected from the NinjaTrader data server (64.202.118.179/31654) and started giving Unable to Login messages.

    I have restarted Ninja several times with no success in connecting back in.

    Are you having problems with the servers?

    Hello Braulio,

    Thank you for you post.

    The login process is unable to get to the Zen-Fire servers. Disable or configure firewalls and security software as needed until a connection can be made. Next please restart NinjaTrader and let me know if the issue persists.

      Restarted my 1.router + 2.modem + 3.computer. Working now.
