      After the reconnection, it still can not work. The ES data will not flow.

        Are you using the current ES 12-10 frontmonth expiry to try accessing the data?

          Zen is still having the problem with their ISP, it isn't resolved yet.

              I don't see any issue testing here for various contracts, but it might be another backbone you guys would use - best is then to contact your broker directly so they can pass it on to the datacenter / support.

                Seeing how important having a stable connection to trade with is, I don't care if the problem is with ninja, zenfire or the ISP which is being blamed, if it is the ISP switch to a new one or have a back up either way there should be no excuses for the constant problems with data issues. These don't happen once in a blue moon, they are quite frequent. We are not surfing the web here , this for many of us is our living. The consequences are we cann't work or worse we lose money because we can't get out of a trade. I don't think anybody cares if the issues are with Ninja, Zenfire or the ISP, fix it.

                  It is interesting. I just tried 32 bit connection and 64 bit connection. Look like 64 bit version is working but 32 bit version still can not work.

                    Intermittent Data Feed Mirus/Zenfire NT-7.0.0.21 64bit

                    Anybody find out what is gong on with this? My Control Window where it say's Connected - Zen-Fire is yellow instead of green. I have rebooted my 64 bit machine several times, issue persists have not seen this much problem before! I also have Interactive Brokers stand alone platform on the same computer and no problems!

                      pimind, thanks for the feedback and please be assured this is not about 'finger pointing' but assisting mutual customers when issues such as this today arise. Unfortunately nothing is a 100% (certainly everybody wished it would), so we would suggest you have a backup option in place - if this is happening while you're in a live trade, please call your broker first thing in order to be able to manage open positions.

                        The connections are likely working with different servers hence reporting different connection status.
