I'm not yet 100% sure about this but I think there is an issue with Sync Account Position. The problem started when I set this to true and seems to have stopped (as far as I can tell) once I set it back to false.

I have just noticed that the strategy that seems to be causing this problem uses multiple time frames. Could this be an issue?

pmorissette,
The Account Performance tab in the Control Center really doesn't care about what kind of strategy you are running. All it does is report your performance from a flat state forward. If you have trades that are held for several days it can report trades originating from other dates. The Account Performance tab will show info from the date you selected and if you did not start that date with a flat position then it will display information all the way up to the last point in time you were flat regardless of how many days outside of your selected date filter it takes.Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Problem is all my trades are closed out at the end of each day. I never have multi-day positions....

pmorissette,
This may be the case for the strategy, but the Account Performance tab is an aggregation of all trades and thus positions of instruments traded on your account. It is not tied to a specific strategy in any way. As such, what I suggest is just to wipe out the executions in your Sim101 account to start it afresh then if all your trades are closed on the day it should not cross reference older days from that point forward.
Right now, as the way it stands is that in your database executions are seen on older days that opened positions that were not closed. This could have been through manual trades, NinjaScript trades, etc.Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Ok sounds good. Thanks for you help. Whats the best way to do this? Reset DB in the data tab (Settings)?
Cheers

What will this wipe out exactly? For example, will I have to re-create all my strategies in the strategies tab? Or will it just clear out database entries and leave everything else unchanged?

It will wipe out all executions associated with that account, reset all account balance values for that account, remove all strategies attached to that account. If you need to write down your settings for strategies running on that account I would recommend doing that first.Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
