Error when saving options

After set Merge policy on MergeBackAdjust or MergeNonBackAdjusted and click OK, each time I get error (see attachment).

Can you please post your log and trace files for the date the error occurred. You can find log and trace files at the following locations.

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20100615 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20100615 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

In addition, please restart NinjaTrader and check if the crash persists when performing the same steps.

Files were too big so I have to zip it. Right now should be fine.

I checked your files and it list the following crash:

2010-06-15 18:59:16:588 The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open.
2010-06-15 18:59:16:588 at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)

Please check if your virus scanner or any other application locks files in the (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 folder, which NinjaTrader needs to write to. Please make sure to configure your virus scanner so that none of the files in directory above would be locked. Or remove that directory from the scanning list.

Great, this worked for me too.

I'm using AVG and went to "Tools > Advanced Settings > Directory excludes" and added the Ninja path.
