Can I get a link to install Beta 15?

Here's a minor suggesion in this area...

I always rename each NT Setup.exe beta download file before saving it..(named for example like SetupB15.exe)...this way I can continually save the last few setup files for future use if required.

What about NT naming the setup files something like this...Setup.7.0.0.16.exe.
so it would not copy over a previously saved setup file automatically when one downloads...

This way users could easily have several recent particular NT setup versions saved.

I was doing that too, but it doesn't work. It will just download the latest version from the server no matter what you name it...
