Problem with historical data in futures HE & LE

This seems to be due to the data received during this time period. Please right mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->Session Template-->Set to <Use instrument settings>-->Click Ok.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

I've followed the procedure and continuing with the same problem.
I think they are the historical data from IB, which are not well.
Is there any way to get the correct historical data for free and update it in real time with IB?

Do you have access to another data provider that has the correct data available?

My question is if there is a free provider of data, albeit delayed for historical data?
To update this data in real time with IB's data

I have tested this on my end and do not receive the flat line areas when connected to IB with my Session template set to <Use instrument settngs>.

Please use the steps I have provided below to delete your historical data:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Historical Data Manager
• Edit tab
• Select the instruments-->Right mouse click-->Delete
• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Open the db folder
• Open the cache folder
• Select all files-->Right mouse click-->Delete
• Open NinjaTrader
• Connect
• Open a new chart
