Issue with HA Volume Charts

    Disconnected, reconnected, created 6E 06-10 HA 250 Tick chart, same issue

    Note, the previous chart I created will not update after disconnect and reconnect.

    I attached that chart as well.

      Can you please check the Log-tab for any error messages when you connect to Zen-Fire.

      In addition, what session template is used in the chart. Please select the 24/7 template and check if all requested data is loaded.

        The log is clean, no errors. Attached.

        I am also using the session template " Default 24/7

        Note: I changed the attachment to TXT from XLS so that it would allow me to upload. Please download and change the extension back to XLS to view correctly.

          Looks like you are crossing a session break in your chart. If this is the case then this would be expected. At each new session HA charts reset to start anew. The way HA charts are built require some historical data to base the building of the bars on, but at each new session since everything begins afresh there is no historical data to base those first few bars on and that is what it looks like in such a case.

            I am not sure I agree with your assessment.
            This is a new effect starting since this last release.
            I will try to mock up data utilizing different chart types to better identify the issue.

              Having bars built off of session breaks is not new this beta version, this is the case for all NT7 HA charts.

              What would need to be done is check where your session break is. At each session break you will definitely start rebuilding the HA anew with no relation to old session's data.

                Looks like this is a moot point now.
                Whatever you fixed for the HA volume chart issue also resolved the tick chart issue with the latest release.
                Glad it is working correctly now.
