Hi, upon migrating the 6.5 data on the first startup, it had an "out of memory exception". The only thing that seems to have made it is the Gain connection, I get the familiar chime and the green connected box but no data on a chart or in the market analyzer box. I set up instruments in the instrument manager with no change. It won't send an email to support. When I start it up I get " detected a problem an needs to shut down" but doesn't shut down. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. What do I do next?

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.
In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file will be named 'trace.YYYYMMDD.txt'.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
