I'll send it to support as the files are too big for your restriction on this forum. Cl is still all messed up after rebooting, etc. How can I be getting data this bad consistently?

Have you setup your rollover into 06-10 in your Instrument Manager yet? By default the rollover is 4/20 so it would not have been calculated to match up with your old 05-10 data yet. You would need to manually put in a 4/19 rollover with your offset to back adjust 05-10 data. Otherwise if you just wanted raw 06-10 data you will need to use DoNotMerge as your merge policy.
