    Oops

Oops, getting scolded and having crashes, not my week.

I uninstalled McAfee, rebooted, restarting NT7. Will run it untouched for a while.

How about zipping or just attaching the relevant last section, which is what you did on your post below I believe?

There is no indication of a crash in your logs and traces after the one we already looked at in my post #18.

              Background Backup

Could having a network drive that backups - as files are changed - cause this problem?

I have turned the drive off and will run it only when the market is closed 1:15 my time. I have stripped windows down to nothing unimportant running.

              Defraged, and cleaned the disk.

                  Thank you

It looks like it is working now. Can't believe that was the problem but I did think about that accessing every change.

                  Thank you Dierk

I have 2 comments on this:

                    1. In task manager click "show processes from all users" next time for a more complete list.
                    2. You can use free utilities wholockme or unlocker to unlock or see which process locked a particular file.

                    Tim.

No Problem Running 5 continous days of Replay

I am running Nortor Security + Memeo Backup, but have done some System optimization and registry clean up. Used Advanced Registry Optimizer, & Systweak's System Optimize & MemTurbo to force NT to get all possible priority.

This morning I ran 5 continous days of Replay, see attached charts.
I have added the output of MemTurbo with Replay running at 500x from 2/8 - 2/12 - 5 continous days, also attached. As can be seen the charts charts are loaded with lots of custom indicators.

Minor problem: Get an error saying NT need to shut down - I ignored it and it ran fine.

Still can't load a complete workspace... I load charts one at a time until I have duplicated my workspace. Bertrand is looking at this.

                          Fianlly Got 7b9 to crash

So I ran the program overnight and did sim trades. Today went and ran 5 continous days of realy witrh a new indicator. After it finished I open a 4th chart and CRASH.

I will sent the rather large files to NT support.

                            Positives to report

Felt it was only fair to report when things go really well.

After loading the latest set of indicators after a crash this morning 7b9 ran for 3.5+ hours with not problem (gap in indicators show down time). I made lots of changes to the charts and Indicators. Everything worked great. Really like this version.

Am running 6 panels of persistent indicators: 2 GomLadders and 6 Zondor Trade size and Level 2 Recorders. Workspace now loads without incident, even after crash.

                            Really like this version.

Use of Global Cross hair causes crash

I sent this to support 281129

Use of Global Cross hair causes Error Message and extra lines to be drawn on the screen.

Caused T&S window to have a big X with no prices. It didn't stay, but I posed what was left.
