    3 crashes in a row in MR

    running first replay is ok....crashes on rewind to open and clicking Play button

    Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce. Please provide your log/trace files. Thanks.

    Perhaps it is chart dependent. What do you have running in your workspace?

      I was running NQ for yesterday and 15 jan

      since I downloaded today, no problem on approx 40 replays

      went back now and tried on 15 jan....played...rewound...crashed on Play.....this is rewind when enabled....then disable and enable...crash

        So only happens on your Jan15 replay? Please attach the replay file along with your trace logs.

          7b9 crashes witrh a db error

          I could not keep 7B9 running today even in Global Sim mode.

          Support has the log and trace files for Ticket: {278557}

          It was to the point it would run only a few minutes. I did a clean install each time (See Post on BigMike's) each time. But not the CHKDSK- that takes too long - and when I did it over the weekend (twice) found no problems with the drive.

              Pleas edit the session manager time for eMini

              Can you please put in time for the eMini like I've attached?

              I've crashed and reinstalled so many times and always have to do this.

                    Did you work through thread link I posted below? Did you check if you have virus scanner activated? If so which one? Did you try to turn it of as per link I posted?

                      Resident Shield AVG? I do not understand I find nothing like that on my computer.

                          McAfee?

                          I turned off McAfee
                          My computer is complaining about it.
                          We'll see what happens. But if that is the problem it needs to be fixed.

                            If that would make a difference then you needed to contact the vendor of your virus scanner, since it would lock NT's files and prevents NT from working properly. There is nothing NT could ever do.

                            Most up to date virus scanners would allow you to exclude particular directories from their scanning. You then needed to contact McAfee support to figure out how to exclude the directory <my documents>/NinjaTrader7 from scanning.

                              Are you guessing or is this a know problem with McAfee?
