What do you mean switch to other currency pairs? I thought this was just a single instrument. Can you please provide exact listed steps from start to finish with exact instruments used so I can follow them later today? Thank you.

I have a market analyzer with 26 currency pairs. For example, you can put AUDUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF, EURUSD, GBPUSD and NZDUSD in the market analyzer. Suppose your current active chart is AUDUSD 60 mins chart. Let it run through 5am EST. 2 or 3 hours later, say 8am EST, use the market analyzer to switch the chart to USDCAD and other pairs. You will notice that the data is loss on the chart.Originally posted by NinjaTrader_Josh View Postfskidd,

I try this way today and the problem still exists.Originally posted by NinjaTrader_Josh View Postfskidd,
Development has informed me that you should try not recording chart data over midnight as you are using a historical data provider anyways.
You can turn this off in Tools>Options>Data.

The problems seem happen only between 5am and 6am EST. And after 6am, everything works fine. You can test it to see if you could reproduce it. thanks!Originally posted by NinjaTrader_Josh View PostYou sure you restarted NT with the recorder disabled? If so, I will try again once I get back to the office as I am currently at the Traders Expo in New York.

OK. Here is the exact steps you can reproduce:Originally posted by NinjaTrader_Josh View Postfskidd,
Upon retesting without the store data options, pulling up charts came up as expected without the dashed lines. Each time you pull historical data it pulls it from the data provider and places it inside your NT data repository.
1. open a 1 minute chart of any currency pair eg. AUDUSD
2. After 5:00am EST, say 5:04am EST, change the symbol of the chart to another pair, eg. EURUSD
3. check the time from the data box of current active candle - it shows 5:04am
4. Check the time of the candle before the current one - it should show 5:00am - that means NT chart lose 4 candles
