We have never experienced any issues on our end, but if you somehow manage to get the latest log files to be flooded at 1GB worth of data, it could impact NT as that information is placed into the Log tab of the Control Center.

Let me see if I've got this right...

Would the memory use only be affected by just the most recent version of the log file? Or does NinjaTrader load more than one of these files when it starts? And if so, how many log files does it load?

Also, since you did not mention the trace files, could I read that to mean that the existence of trace files on the disk will not affect NinjaTrader memory use?

Only last log file is loaded into the Log tab. Traces are not loaded and older files should not impact this.
