Yes, you may use both the chart and Market Analyzer. Keep in mind within the Market Analyzer there is not an option to set alerts by cell only by column therefore it will apply to all instruments within the Market Analyzer window.

Back to the initial problem of this thread. If you want to monitor several instruments at the same time and be alerted when they hit a certain price level - setting a single price value obviously doesn't work. We need to be able to set the indicator value on a row by row basis.
