NT will not connect

    NT will not connect

    Today NT gives a bunch of errors when trying to connect. All charts are blank. I have restarted and reset the database. Attached are the errors

    tommyjames, what other windows do you have opened when this occurs? Please delete any workspace files, restart NT7 and then connect to TDA - is this basic connection working and do you get L1 data in the Control Center?

      I just have 3 chart windows. So I will lose my charts?

        Deleting the workspace will cause you to lose the charts, unfortunately yes.
