Missing Vertical Scroll Bar

When going to Ninja Trader Support Forum main web page the vertical scroll bar disappears making vertical navigation impossible. If I reload the page the vertical bar briefly appears then disappears. This does not happen on other NinjaTrader web pages.

I am using the latest Chrome browser and it happens on Chrome browser only and for the main Forum page only. Any Idea?

We have seen other reports of this, try using Ctrl +F5 on your keyboard, which should refresh and allow you to scroll.

I used refresh before and did not work. However, I fixed the issue by cleaning the registry and removed unused registry keys.
