2. MB Trading(Only NinjaTrader 7)
3. TD Ameritrade

Just to clarify, does Ninja brokerage let one trade stocks? Or does one have to use TDAmeritrade to do this?

NinjaTrader Brokerage support futues and Forex.

To trade equities you will need an account with a supported equities broker, like TD Ameritrade or Interactive Brokers.
