Problem to import Ninjascriptfile

Hi,
I would like to import the dValueArea in Ninjatrader8. If I openTools>Import>Ninjascript.. and search for the downloaded folder, than I could not find the cs file. But if open the folder by the browser the file ist there.

If there´s a way to import it manually then it´s ok too.

Keep in mind that you need to ensure that this indicator has been programmed for NinjaTrader 8 specifically. Indicators programmed for NinjaTrader 7 will not function in NinjaTrader 8.

I would not expect a .cs file to appear in the import search as you can only import .zip files.

if you have the .zip files associated with the indicators, it would be recommended to import them from the platforms NinjaScript import feature. You can find this under Tools > Import > NinjaScript.

The indicator file (.cs file) can be copied and pasted in the following directory: (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > bin > Custom> Indicator folder.
After the files are pasted in the indicator folder, you must then compile the indicators in your platform. This is done to give you the highest runtime performance possible.

• From the Control Center select the New menu--> select NinjaScript Editor
• Right click in the window and select Compile to compile all NinjaScript objects
