Since the Indicators Dialog is a high use item (at least for me it is) I'm offering some suggestions/feedback pertaining to it.
1) Persist the position of the Indicators Dialog. You currently persist the Height and Width (a good thing) but not the location (Left and Top). If you expand the height of the dialog and close it, upon reopening, the bottom of the dialog is off the bottom of the screen. I don't want to sound to critical, but commercial software should never have a dialog that opens with part of the dialog off the screen. To me this is more of a bug than a suggestion.
2) Persist which indicator is highlited (selected). If I open the dialog, most likely I'm going to tweak the Parameters of the last indicator that I was tweaking. Currently the top indicator is always selected when the dialog opens.
