How to Avoid NT advertisements?

1. Determine the address of the server that is serving the ads.
2. Nix it by using the hosts file to set that address to 0.0.0.0

I may have made a mistake. Are you talking about web ads? In which case, my solution still applies. If you are talking about email ads, that is a different matter.

Web ads. Google syndication was serving them up. It's like I already have a license. I don't need anymore.

Well, then, just get the domain name and redirect it using the hosts file, like I said before.

Adblock cut a bunch of general type stuff for me..seems to .work pretty well....

Adblock Plus, Adblock Plus pop-up Addon, YouTube AdBlock

AdBlock Plus. Best thing ever for your browser. Got to disable 1 thing from memory in the AdBlock settings so it still works with YouTube as they had recently changed something that pinged if your browser was blocking their ads and then would stop anything loading on YouTube.

Other then that, it blocks pretty much anything you want to set it up to block.

I can't even remember the last time I saw a google ad while browsing.
