Hot-key for workspaces

Perhaps this has already been requested... if not...
It would be really nice to have a hot-key to be able to quickly switch between workspaces instead of having to go to the file menu to do it.

That works, but sometimes it's nice just to jump between 2 workspaces, even though I may have 4 or 5 up, plus sometimes the control panel is minimized so when I get to the default workspace it stops cycling via F3 until I un-minimize the control panel, which gets clunky. It would be great if a hotkey feature was added to streamline this process.
