things that got worse in NT8

in the attached screenshot,
I've highlighted some of changes in NT8 that got worse in my opinion.
Overall, I think the overall design of the new interface is just wasting rooms, making everything bulkier and cramped.
I would like to know what others think on this.

Thank you for your detailed feedback using the screenshot.

I will forward the suggestions below to development to put them on the list of possible future enhancements.

- Have the Text drawing object properties menu more like in NinjaTrader 7, so less settings are shown and a larger text box.

- Be able to drag the chart using the right mouse button.

- Eliminate wasted space - be more efficient with space overall

I agree about basic premise and especially find the wider Dom objectionable.
Conservation of screen space is a major issue which seems to have been overlooked.

Agree here. The border-less NT7, specially in Windows 10, is far better than NT8. Too many wide (band) borders and boxes instead of a simple line in NT8 are totally a waste of space, making things too cramped.

Simplicity is always better than cosmetic features that serve no additional purpose.
