Incicator Plot and Price Markers

Currently, when the Visible check box is checked and the Price Market check box is checked, both the indicator plot and price marker are visible. Eg. indicator horizontal line plot and price marker are both visible.

When the Indicator is hidden, so is the price marker.

Suggestion: Make the Indicator plot and the price marker independent.

Ergo, in the eg. above, the horizontal line plot can be made invisible while the price
marker is still visible and vice versa.
