NT7 CQG Data missing

For May 13...in TF, ES, NQ etc there are missing bars...

It will flash upon a re-load the correct number of May 13 (today's) bars, but then revert back to incorrectness?

Can you please attach a few screenshots showing your entire chart when the data is correct, and also when it is incorrect, so that I can investigate further?

Thank you for sharing that. As a first step to try to resolve this, please try to reset your instruments (Disconnect, then Tools > Options > Data Tab > "Reset Instruments"), then restart NinjaTrader and see if the issue persists.

If it does persist after that, can you tell me what session template you are using? Also, if it does persist, please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
