overnight data

My data stream is CQG. For the first time ever this morning, 5/12/15, I did not have any overnight tick bars on the ES. It was a big gap down. I could not see any Asia or Europe activity. I asked CQG about this and they told me to ask you.

I realize the CME changed the tick bar reporting last week, but everything was fine on Monday. This all happened Tuesday, 5/12/15.

It is very important to me that this gets fixed. Could you please tell me why this happened?

So that I may further investigate please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20150512.txt'.

NT7 CQG Data is all messed up here...

For May 13...in TF, ES, NQ etc there are missing bars...

It will flash upon a re-load the correct number of May 13 (today's) bars, but then revert back to incorrectness?

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
Which type of bar is requested in your charts? (tick, day, minute, etc.)

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
